1. How long does it take to make a dress?

Please give us 1-4 weeks to produce the dress. The lesser the details and beading, the faster the dress can be produced.
2. Can I order a dress if I'm overseas?

Yes, not to worry.
Many of our customers are from neighboring countries. We have a standard measurement for our dresses, so if you are unable to swing by, you can always see our measurement chart and order a dress that is nearest to your size. Once received, you can do minor alteration where it is convenient for you.

In any case, if you feel that your body shape doesn't belong to any of the available size, you can ask for a professional tailor to measure your body, send it to us and we will custom made according to your measurement.

5. Do I need to sign up an account to order?

Yes, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and special discount.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can not cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

7. Can I add an item to my order after I submit an order?

Unfortunately not, you will need to place a new order for anything else that you want to purchase.

8. Why are my order cancelled?

Maximum payment for an order is 3x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

9. Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?

Unfortunately you can't. Because we need time to check your payment, quality control and pack your order. The completion of each item may vary slightly depending on its complexity.

10. What do I do if I have receive the package but there is a problem with the product?

12. What do I have to do if I've completed my payment but haven't received the package after over the estimated delivery time?

Please do not forget to confirm your payment through the website after completing the payment. If you haven't confirm until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.
